Had a water heater replaced that was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Terrence Dildy and Bayonet did a fantastic job. They even handled all the communication with the warranty company. Terrence Dildy was professional and courteous, also took his time to educate me on the process and give advice. Excellent work !

Had a warranty issue on a toilet in our new build. Bayonet was quick and excellent with communication. Tech Shane was sent and arrived on time. He was professional and thorough finding more wrong than I had thought. He was able to fix the situation in a very timely manner. Definite A+
