Kirk and Terrence were great! We had a mysterious leak in an upstairs bathroom leaking into a closet downstairs. Not a lot to go on. Within 90 minutes they located the leak, which was a challenging find. Clean and fast! Thanks guys!
We had an issue with our AC unit and the house kept getting up to 84 degrees inside and it was super uncomfortable and hot. Joseph Grzyb came out and quickly assessed the issue. He advised they had to order a part and that it could take a week or so. A few days later someone was calling to schedule the install of the part. Gerald Thompson came today to install the part and he was knowledgeable, polite and worked diligently to fix our issue. Great service!
Worked with Wendy Walker through my permitting process and she was exceptional. She jumped in and helped move things along quickly from a process that started off very slow. Colby and Mykyta worked on our condensers and were very efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They had a solution for everything.
Hernan Chavez was my engineer and he was very knowledgeable and polite. Checked my HVAC and restored the cold air. He also will schedule a follow-up and come back to be sure everything is still tuned correctly in one week. Good job Hernan.
Technician had a busy day, but still made it here at 7p. Not mad about it, lots of service calls in start of Florida summer. Fact that I was not rescheduled was awesome. My tech was the man, very knowledgeable and maintenanced my system to get her ready for a rough summer. Plus, he got a homr cooked meal to go from my wife. $300 for the year I get 2 A/C visits and 1 plumbing visit. Def worth it when one service call is about that price, plus I get 15% off anything else that needs to be done. MVP plan is where its at. Thanks Bayonet!
