David Perez checked our system
And performed maintenance according to contract. He then gave us information on extending the warranty on our AC unit for up to 10 years at what we thought was a decent price. He also installed a surge protector on our unit to protect it from possible lightening strikes which was included under the new maintenance contract. We look forward to having David back when our maintenance is due again. David is knowledgeable and thorough.

Terrence Dildy did a great job fixing the water pressure and hot water in my house. It took his less than an hour and he cleaned up after himself. He was on time for the appointment and was polite the entire time.
8/14/2025 Russell and his partner did OUTSTANDING work. Took less than 30 minutes to find and remedy the problem. They were both very informative and very personable. I will be requesting Russell for my twice yearly maintenance check ups in the future. I rate them a definite 5.
11/13/2025,Kyle Walker was working on our heat pump for 4 hours and finally got it working. We are very grateful for Kyle's professionalism and hard work. We rate him all 5's and would certainly buy him lunch.

Alberto came on time and fixed our issue within minutes. I also appreciate that he had little gloves on his shoes.
