These guys installed a system over a year ago with a one year warranty on labor. After a year of use we found out that the system had leaked all the Freon out and stopped working. And honestly it was a bummer. We called in and explained what had happened and this is where who you hire really matters.
Rather than hide behind the fact that it was after a year these guys put us a priority call and went out to get the system full of Freon and pressurized correctly. They stood behind there work and did the right thing and for that they earned a customer for life.
I had a great experience with Bayonet Plumbing & A/C. They were able to get a Tech out to us within 24 hours. Our Tech Nabil was very friendly and personable. He explained what the issues were and promptly resolved the issue. He also offered a maintenance plan that would ensure that we wouldn't have this issue again. I highly recommend Bayonet's for any of your plumbing and/or air conditioning needs.
