My water softener died and I had little or no water. Called Bayonet and they were in my house an hour later. Myles instantly diagnosed the problem being a faulty water softener. A new salt free water softener was ordered and installed a couple of weeks later. When I inquired as to the advantages of a salt free system, Myles was able to answer all my questions. He provided terrific service from start to finish.

Mike came early and jumped right to work, first, interviewing the customer for issue details and then checking out all of the potential solutions. After a complete review of the system he ascertained that the thermostat was likely causing the intermittent issues. He ordered an expedited replacement and promised he would back to personally replace it. Thourough, courteous...... PROFESSIONAL!

Service tech Jake Adlao did an awesome job. I wouldn't want anyone other than him for service. Bayonet seemed to be giving us the runaround. There have been problems with our 2 AC units for 2 yrs consecutively. Now that it's outside of two years Bayonet want us to pay for labor. Parts are under warranty. Even though we've been having this ongoing problem from day one.

I just had a new 5 ton a/c installed from Bayonnet. Although I wasn’t too happy the old one crashed, I was very pleased with the service from Bayonnet from start to finish. First was Nelson Charon, who I requested from his professionalism in the past, who tried repairing the old a/c. He tried avoiding the impending bad news by replacing a few parts to keep it running but to no avail. As he did this, he courteously explained everything he did in the process. So then next day Sean Hinchey came to discuss the new a/c...No pressure, well spoken, polite and made the selection of the new a/c very smooth. Very happy with the price. Oh, and I knew a good price going in and I got a great one. Two days later Paul Allen and Chad come in for the installation. Spent some time with them during the install- not only very fast and skillful, but two good guys. Then a hour or so later, Joe Lennon, also a bayonnet employee- a technician, comes and literally inspects the work that was done and operation and efficiency of the a/c with a fine tooth comb to address any possible issues in quality control form. He makes a few adjustments to put the a/c at peak efficiency. During the process, I spoke with a few in the administrative office and all were equally pleasant and courteous. This company is top notch all the way. Bill B
