The technician Danill was absolutely amazing! His supervisor came with him to my home and from the entry to exit they were extremely helpful & professional. He fixed what a prior plumber had done to my master shower. He was beyond thorough and found the issue immediately. There was no guess work as I've experienced in the past and it was a very meticulous job right down to his caulking. You can tell the company takes their time and they are very knowledgeable and thorough about everything. I will never call anyone else again. My "go to plumbing contractor" Beyond 5 stars! Joseph Bank was the plumber sent by Bayonet and he was very professional. He investigated our issue and found the problem quickly. He was able to fix the loose tub overflow pipe and made some recommendations to make it even better.
