All three technicians that came out during the 13 days it took to replace the compressor that was installed new just over a year ago were very nice and professional. I would think a company that size could afford to keep a spare compressor on hand instead of ordering one from the factory every time they need one. Two weeks is a long time to go without A/C in summertime in Florida. It was all done under warranty though.
