My reasons for the 5 star review are simple. They are staffed by nice people (both on the phone and techs in the field) who do their job well at a reasonable price. I can't ask for much more.
Travis was awesome at what he does. He quickly identified the issue and then he quickly got the issue solved. All the while he was a friendly guy to just have a realistic conversation with. A+ + and fives all the way!

Replaced baord and found frayed wire causing problem. Thank you for all of the problem solving.

Came into my home explained after assessing the problem, what he needed to do. Upon doing this. He would come back and explain to me what was happening. He ran test to ensure the system was working properly. Answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to observe this professional work. Simply the best.
Technician, Eavan Wells, communicated the status of the appointment. He arrived within the designated timeframe. He quickly replaced the exhaust fan in our bathroom. Eavan Wells was respectful of our property.
Everyone at Bayonet were professional and very helpful. From management setting up the correct person for my issues. Mike came on time & spotted the real problems quickly, that others missed and had the experience to fix them all in one visit. Including our Halo water purifier.
We are very pleased & will use Bayonet for all our plumbing needs.
Nathaniel is a very good technician; he is very knowledgeable, skillful, and efficient. He really explains whatever he does and answers all questions asked. We have had several technicians come around to service our plumbing, but Nathaniel beats all of them! I would recommend him to any homeowner for plumbing service and Maintenance.
Eiler Natal was EXCELLENT!! Very polite, thoughtful and he resolved our issue, which was at our new construction home. We had only been in the home a very short period of time and Eiler corrected some of (most likely) the builder / plumbers work.
