I reached out to Bayonet after hearing a tapping sound inside the wall when the shower would run. Salvatore Castelli stopped by the next day to check things out and said he does hear the tapping sound but it is not a leak and that it's just the sound of the pipe expanding due to the hot water. As a first time homeowner, I assumed the worst but his experience and demeanor put our minds at ease. I would definitely reach out to them again in the future
Joseph was extremely helpful, super polite and considerate of the fact that we had our newborn sleeping in the room so he made sure to be respectful of his noise. 10/10 guy and 10/10 service.

My technician Elizier Evariste was very informative a explained everything that was being done and also advised me on additional services bayonet offered which I purchased that would help extend the life and keep my ac units running and efficient.
Service was great and I appreciate his patience. He also advised me of maintenance up keeps and to always use Bayonet Plumbing.
Terrance did an amazing job and was very thorough and very polite!
They were able to come out very quickly to help in an emergency and Joseph was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
