Jose Ramos went above and beyond during our AC service. We had some very bad issues and he took care of our problems efficiently. We highly recommend Bayonet for AC service.
I can not say enough good things about our experience with our technician Shane. Shane was extremely knowledgeable and addressed our broken shutoff valve efficiently with professionalism and skill. While I've experienced service technicians in the past with other companies who made it seem like they could not leave fast enough, Shane took the time to answer any questions we had, including those from our very inquisitive children. I will be requesting Shane for all our future plumbing needs!
Bayonet installed the HVAC, Plumbing, and Gas systems in our community and new home. Bayonet was prompt in the one minor warranty we encountered after move in. We decided to continue with a Maintenace contract with their firm. Home is now 1 yr old, no issues, and Bayonet technicians Daniel (Plumbing) and Luis (HVAC) came out separately, right on scheduled time, to perform preventative maintenance. The systems were thoroughly reviewed, a/c coils cleaned, new filter, and condensate drain flushed, water heater flushed. Both very professional, courteous and knowledgeable technicians.
