Irvin was dispatched to identify and repair a water leak. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. Irvin is an excellent worker and nice person. I'm glad to know Bayonet has Irvin on their team.
Bayonet came for checkup for AC and plumbing. Both technicians were excellent. Polite, on time, good at explaining what they did, very patient, very nice young men.

The best plumber I've ever had, extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional. Came before the scheduled time, and a professional should, and didn't job in one visit. Would 100% recommend and rehire for any plumbing issues. And he also has different certifications so hire him.
We had Daltyn Smith as our technician, he was pleasurable and walked us though what was done. I would highly recommend him and or the company. All future issues we have, we'll be sure to request him. He was quick and the price was just right. Thank you Bayonet.

The AC unit lost power and we had no idea what was going on so we called for an appointment to have it checked out. Mr. Abraham Briseneau from the Bayonet Plumbing & AC was extremely polite and respectful. He explained everything that he was checking and what he needed to do to fix our unit. I definitely appreciated how thorough he was to make sure that there was not anything else going on so that we can finally turn on some heat during this crazy cold snap that we are going through.
