Vasilios was exceptional! Prompt, courteous, proficient and a great communicator as well as a listener. A true asset to his profession. He went through the complete system. As he identified problems, he explained the problem, cost and then fixed it. Thanks doesn't completely express my appreciation. Thank you Bayonet for hiring employees with great work ethics!
The maintenance performed by Daniil Gnusov, was outstanding. I have been having water pressure issues in my home for over 5 years and have been told by many other service technicians that my pressure was fine. They obviously wasnt as diligent as Daniil, he identified the issues i was having with the water pressure and fixed the issue he was detailed in explaining the issue and identified other issues i had in my home and made suggestions to fix the issues. He was very polite and professional the absolute best technician ive had over the past 11 years. Nothing but great respect and admiration for him.
Later this afternoon Technician Joseph Grzyb made a thorough check of work done earlier in the day, and corrected a sluggish flushing of the A/C system. Made sure the thermostat was responding to a slow start. I was very pleased with his professional ability. ????????????????????
Frank Bowe was amazing! He went above & beyond to fix my issue. He stayed until almost midnight because of his determination! Although the system wasn't completely fixed that night, he assured me someone would be back during the day to continue the job. Frank was a true professional!
Jack was so informative and very helpful. For future repairs I would definitely welcome him back.
Abraham contacted me to let me know his ETA. He was very polite and efficient.
