John was incredibly helpful with addressing our AC/heat issue and when an additional problem appeared, he quickly got a plan in place and fixed it that day. John and the Bayonet team acted quickly to ensure my family would have heat for the incoming cooler weather the following day (especially for our young kids). I greatly appreciate John's help and will continue to recommend Bayonet for all AC/Heating issues.
