Mike Mahony came out assess a toilet leak. He was on time, friendly, and provided recommendations for my situation that were respectful of my budget. He even called dispatch to ask them to please put me on his schedule for the repair tomorrow! I appreciate his time and his work and will continue to use and recommend Bayonet. Tina Bromagen and Dave were here today for our annual plumbing service. Pre arrival communications were good. They addressed our questions effectively. And they remembered a past issue, which she checked today to ensure had not reoccured. Also renewed our Bayonet MVP plan.
