Our technician was excellent showed up early and we weren't home and he waited almost an hour for us to get there. Was very thorough with checking out our plumbing system and gave us good advice on products to use. This was a plumbing maintenance service.
Eiler did a fantastic job fixing my water heater. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
We had our system cleaned to include the air ducts being cleaned. Christian arrived promptly at 8:00 am and did not leave until close to 8:30 pm. He was focused on his role and did not stop working the entire time he was there. He is very respectful and interacted well throughout the day!
Outstanding - called the previous evening as our 2 year old AC wouldn't work. AC is important in south florida…

Edit- 2/2026– this company is still excellent - they've continued to be responsive, hire excellent and thoughtful technicians - including Nathan, who diagnosed and fix the AC problem immediately and skillfully. Nathan was also great with my parents (who asked a lot of questions) - super personable and overall someone you're comfortable having in your house. This is a good company - and they've been steady over time. I recommend.

Our mirror ended up busted in our 4 year old AC unit. William was great and was in and out and worked on getting it covered under warranty! Highly recommend Bayonet they are always super fast and efficient.
