We recently had a plumber come by to install a new faucet, and the experience was fantastic. He was not only super professional and knowledgeable, but also really personable and easy to talk to. Everything was done smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the service. Definitely recommend!
My technician Pedro was professional and efficient. He explained exactly what had happened to my pipes and how he was going to fix it. I truly appreciate his skill level and his patience with all the questions I asked. Truly a valuable employee.
Justin Larson came out on Thursday, January 8th, 2025 to replace our entire a/c unit . He and his assistant did sn excellent ???? job. They were very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable about a/c's. Both Technicians were excellent and deserve more than a pat on the back!
Andrew Novak is an AMAZING technician. His knowledge and experience is VERY RARE!! He is truly a huge ASSET to Bayonet and the reason I would use Bayonet again.We appreciate you Andrew!!

Yes, he was very well-versed and spoken and extremely efficient replacing my filter on the exterior of the home and spent plenty of time explaining the installation and the purpose of it. Buy that man a steak dinner ????????????
