The Tech was very good and described the fault perfectly. One small issue was when he left the first day we were left wondering the status of repairs to our A/C. After calling the office we were told that a part had to be ordered. In the end, we were very satisfied.
Jamie LeBron was Very professional, Very polite and fixed our a/c problem right away. It was after 6pm when he showed up and he didn't make us feel like he was rushing to take care of us and he was in a great, happy mood which made us more relaxed about our situation.
Another reason we stick with Bayonet.

My water intake pipe was broken. Called Bayonet Plumbing and sent Jose Puente and he immediately assured that he can fix the issue. And boom half hour later I have my water back! I am glad that I have my MVP membership with Bayonet. It helped to get the repair cost a bit lower. Jose is very friendly and knowledgeable with his work and left the area clean.
