Our experience at Bayonet AC has been wonderful. Starting our journey with customer service and how responsive they are to the arrival of your technician makes for great service. We recently had multiple failures to our AC unit and parts had to be ordered. As soon as they arrived we were scheduled on a Sunday and had two technicians come to our aid. Colin and John were incredible and got the job done. It was a very intense job and they were informative the entire time and keep us in the loop. Thank you for your exceptional service.
1. Bayonet has been a pleasure to work with. They scheduled an appointment on a day I was available, which was one day prior to their usual availability. They completed a warranty service, diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and completed the installation without any concerns. The service technician who performed the repair was courteous and communicated effectively.
2. A second service was required for warranty coverage, which was the same issue my unit encountered previously. Bayonet responded promptly. Jeremy shared some of the recurring problems he had faced and accurately diagnosed the problem and a new solution from my last repair. I appreciate that the technician who was present to diagnose the issue was also responsible for performing the repair this week. Continuity is crucial in this case, as these systems are intricate. Jeremy is confident in his diagnosis and is not relying on another technician's notes to complete the job.
John was awesome. Buy John lunch. Very personal and totally professional.
Justen Aviles just completed the first maintenance based on my MVP plan on my air conditioning unit. He kept me informed every step of the way. I am very pleased with the work he did for me today.
Great job installing a new hot water tank. Thanks for being upfront and honest with my billing. Also for taking the time to find that I have a leak in my plumbing which I will have you repair as soon as I can get the leak located. Bayonets is now our go to plumbers for all our plumbing and air conditioning needs.

We had Jack Fitch out to install a new shower faucet and he did a great job! Was very courteous and kept us up to date on what he was doing, and cleaned up after the job was completed. Would highly recommend Jack to anyone for plumbing service!
