Alex Roca was very professional, clean and efficient when repairing a plumbing issue that required going into our drywall. He did it all by himself and fixed the problem quickly, under an hour! Super impressed! 100% recommend Alex.

3/10/25: Update: It's very refreshing to have a business reach out to talk about any issues that occurred during a service transaction and so quickly. Then commit to take care of it and get back to you. Just don't see this by all companies these days. Wendy called and is on top of handling the office issue and working on the vent issues.
3/7 review-Very pleased with the work. Brandon especially was very knowledgeable and professional and did a lot more than their previous service tech did 6 mo ago.
Matthew didn't have the correct info from DR Horton on the work order to install metal box in Sheetrock around the vent run behind the dryer to complete repair so couldn't complete. He did measure for it and he caught that the dryer deliveryman for replacement a few mo back for Builder didn't tighten the vent hose at all so found a lot of lint everywhere as a result. Mathew looked at another work order I turned in 10-12 days prior still not reported to them by DR Horton however. At build both vent lines for bathroom not installed so req work order. Bayonet came and did ONE but notice in pic the other is just inches away so questioned why they'd leave the 2nd fan line not connected at same time. Supv told tech he'd only do now if on blueprint. So much for being a priority MVP Club customer! Why not do what's right and per code Bayonet?
Great attitude by both techs and well trained. If the office -Krystal O could communicate better and work on the scheduling mess this may be doable long term. Thx Maria for stepping up.
