David was very professional, courteous and thorough. He completed the job in a timely manner and with much care. We were very happy with David's work. He was extremely polite and very focused on customer satisfaction. He spent quite a while going through options with us for future maintenance on our system. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained all the details. We bought the extended warranty and are very grateful for his recommendation.
Bayonet sent us several reminders of our upcoming appointment and also when David would be arriving. Their communication was exceptional.

Jeloha (Jay) was our tech today. He was so knowledgeable, kind, skilled, and we can't say enough good about him. We have had other techs from Bayonet but he is amazing! He is a true asset to your company. Bayonet was also quick to respond to our service request and the lady that took my call for service was awesome too. Thank you!

Hernan was very professional and took time to explain what was wrong and made sure that everything was working properly before he left. He was not only professional, but very personal and didn't act like this was just one of his many jobs he had to do today. He gave the impression that I was his only customer at this time. He wanted to make sure that I understood what he was doing to fix the problem.
