Shane did a wonderful job fixing the piping underneath the floor from our master bathroom. We had a leak that caused water damage to the ceiling from the downstairs area, and he fixed it with professionalism. He's a great guy & helped to make it comfortable for me and my family. Justin and Patrick did a great job with my AC replacement. They did the install in just a few hours, and the unit's running well. They also took the time to answer my questions and explain some post-install things to me. Good experience, overall.
Routine service for my central air conditioning was great. Technician and office sent texts and updated arrived time. Technician did a good job with final clearly reported and gave details what he did it, including his suggestion for me how to keep a good condition for my central air.
Wonderful, knowledgeable service
Shane was amazing! We had no hot water for 2 days and he came out and took care of everything for us. It was late at night and he stayed and restored our hot water. He went above and beyond!
Shane Thomas was amazing ! I felt bad because it was so late , but Shane was so pleasant and patient . Standing in our very hot garage is punishment for anyone. Shane did what he had to do and then called the warranty company , got us set up for a replacement. This is the second replacement on a 8 year old house, definitely a brand issue . Thank you Shane and thank you Bayonet!
