Nabil did an excellent job. He was very thorough and clear as he explained the status of our AC unit. But what I appreciated the most was how kind and patient he was with my 83 year old father in-law. Nabil allowed him to show him things that he clearly understood, but Nabil allowed my father in law to feel involved in the service.
