bayonet has come out a few times to address concerns for me and they've always been amazing.
The recent cold spell froze an backflow prevention valve but the part was not available when the technician came out due to the demand. We received a quote but had to proceed with another company due to the nature of the repair needed. The quote turned out to be considerably higher than the price we ultimately paid for the repair. We have been working with Bayonet for over 2 years now and their work has always been very good.
Kyle, Abraham, and Christian all did fantastic jobs on our central air system. They took plenty of before/after photos and kindly answered all our questions. We had a duct cleaning done (house was built in the 70s), installed an air purifier into the air handler, cleaned the blowers, and replaced the filters.
The office also called back when they promised to do so and it wasn't difficult to get in contact with folk that can help when reaching out.
Jeremy was excellent. Listened to all our concerns and worked very hard to find a solution for us. He went above and beyond. Overall great experience
Happy how quick they came out to do our repair - very friendly and knowledgeable as to what caused the problem and how to avoid it.
Our technician was excellent showed up early and we weren't home and he waited almost an hour for us to get there. Was very thorough with checking out our plumbing system and gave us good advice on products to use. This was a plumbing maintenance service.
