Technician Joseph Banks was great! He's been with Bayonet for 4+ years, courteous and knowledgeable. He came to fix an exterior leak on my water heater. Also, cleaned out the shower head after telling him it takes a long time for the water to warm up and he find out it was clogged from glue in pipes from the new construction.
I've had Bayonet out a few times (different techs) and am yet to have a bad experience yet. Keep it up!

The Plumber addressed my concerns and was able to identify and fix a leak that wasn't easily detected!! He communicated throughout the process even visually capturing with photos.
