Shane Thomas was amazing ! I felt bad because it was so late , but Shane was so pleasant and patient . Standing in our very hot garage is punishment for anyone. Shane did what he had to do and then called the warranty company , got us set up for a replacement. This is the second replacement on a 8 year old house, definitely a brand issue . Thank you Shane and thank you Bayonet!

Kyle worked on my AC for several hours until after midnight to resolve the problem.
Team did a great job. We were having an airflow test and they explained the full process and provided real time readings for us. They also did a full check on the air handler and found a missing part, which they replaces. We had just had another company in for annual maintenance and they did not notice the missing part. Highly recommend Bayonet for your A/C needs
