Salvatorecame out today he was amazing. He's professional and thoughtful. Always made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. Thank you for everything you've done to help me with my leak you guys are the best. Salvatore was so nice.
We had a leaking water heater. Bayonet was able to replace it in less than 48h. Highly recommend their service.
Andrew our tech was professional and extremely kind. He did not make us feel like our concerns were silly, but listened and explained what exactly was happening.
He brought up about an extended warranty which had not been brought up before by anyone else we had spoken to. We bought it, knowing the value would bring us peace of mind.
Even though his ride home was going to take him 1 1/2 hrs he never once rushed service or made us feel he was rushed.
Outstanding service and an outstanding customer service skills. He's a keeper Bayonet!

Josh did an amazing job at my house. He was very thorough and anticipated my current and future needs. He also went above and beyond to educate me about how my HVAC system functions. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could!
