Jalil from Bayonet was professional and fixed our problem quickly. Even though it is August and a lot of people need AC repairs this time of year, I got ahold of someone quickly at the office to schedule.
To add to this, I've been using Bayonet for both plumbing and HVAC services for years, and you can always get in touch with someone if there is an issue. They are reliable and priced fairly, and I highly recommend them!

Shane with Bayonet was extremely thorough and helpful for this warranty service call. He was on-time and professional. He called before showing up and gave my wife a chance to explain all of her concerns since she could not be there in person. He checked all fixtures to determine the performance of the tankless water heater and made some adjustments to increase water flow, which should improve the speed of delivering hot water. Although there was no actual plumbing "repair" needed, he was not dismissive, and took the time to understand our concerns, and explain exactly what was going on.
I had a great experience with Bayonet Plumbing, thanks to my service technician, Jack Fitch. He was incredibly informative and took the time to walk me through all of my options. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured to choose anything beyond what I needed. Too often, technicians try to push the highest?priced services, but Jack was the complete opposite, honest, patient, and respectful.
I was able to choose the package that fit my needs and my budget, and I was truly grateful for that. The entire service took less than 30 minutes. Jack was efficient, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered before he left.
I would absolutely choose Bayonet Plumbing again, and I hope I'm lucky enough to get Jack as my technician next time.
