Not only did Gerald repair the scheduled service he went above and beyond by checking & adjusting the other vents upstairs. He also checked the outside unit & changed the filter.

Gerald Thompson came out to my house at almost 9pm with a smile on his face after working a full shift. He serviced both of my units and explained in detail what had occurred and how he would repair it. He was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend he to anyone in need of HVAC services.
