When we called Bayonet, they understood that we have some medical issues and got a tech (first tech was Hernan who immediately isolated the problem - he was great). He ordered a part and promised it would be in in the morning. I got the text in the morning as promised and Colby came in to do the work soon after. He was great. Very professional and got the AC up and running within an hour. I also like the fact that Bayonet texted with pictures of the techs before they came. It is a very professional way to deal with customers.
I'll buy tech Jack Fitch lunch any day!

We had a not-so-scary service call today by Alenjandro. He thoroughly checked our A/C unit and glad to see we keep a record of when we do our monthly checks. I would encourage all homeowners, especially the new ones, to set up a regular service to catch any issues before they happen. Pay me now or pay me a whole lot more later.
I called in at 3pm and they were able to come that same evening. The technician recognized the problem quickly and resolved the issue. I am very satisfied with their service.
Bayonet Plumbing sent Jose Puente to take care of an undersink leak issue. He is not a rookie, knew exactly what needed done, did it quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with the job Jose did plus he was friendly, not messy and gave me great advise about my garbage disposal, do's and don't. Thank you Bayonet and Jose.
The entire crew was very polite and professional. Every single one of them introduced themselves as they came in and thanked us as they left. They did a thorough job of cleaning up both inside and outside. I will highly recommend Bayonet and will definitely use them again when needed.

We had an issue with our air conditioner and called Bayonet. They had someone out within a few hours after the call. The technician, Nathan, was great. He knew just what to look for and had our A/C up and running in no time. He cleaned out our water line, showed me pictures of what the problem was and explained what regular maintenance would be best.
