We had Bayonet in our home today to repair our A/C unit. The technician was very courteous and informative about the process. We are very happy with the results!
Technician Paul Rivero arrived on time and worked efficiently and politely to service my HVAC system. It needed a new capacitor, which he replaced after explaining why the old one had gone bad. Paul showed that he was competent and confident. I recommend Bayonet and technician Paul Rivero.

I called Bayonet this morning after discovering that our AC seemed to be leaking. I spoke with a customer service representative who was kind enough to get me scheduled for an evening appointment. When Josh showed up he was kind and understanding of what we were experiencing. He was even great with our 11lbs miniature schnauzer who thinks he's a German shepherd. Josh walked us through options to repair what was wrong and allowed us the time to make an informed decision. Once he started servicing the unit he discovered the we had a faulty switch and that the plume was full of water. He advised us what our next steps needed to be to address the faulty switch and the water damage. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that my husband and I didn't have any additional questions. Josh made a very stressful situation bearable and left is informed of how to proceed in our next steps. I would gladly recommend this company & Josh to anyone needing service. Thank you Josh for everything.

Luis was very efficient in the way he checked out and serviced my HVAC unit. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and suggested to me what I could do between maintenance checks. I was very impressed.
