I'm was very happy with the service on my AC by Bayonet. There membership is a great price and my AC is working perfectly . The technician Aaliayah D was very professional and check all cleaned all. Explained all she was doing and answered all my concerns. Thank you Aaleyah and Bayonet for hiring such a great employee.
Amazing customer service and very efficient
The service technician had Excellent customer service, took there time looking for the problem and explaining the situation. Danny Dominguez was great, would recommend him to anyone I know!

As usual outstanding service from Bayonet. I was notified by text that the technician was on his way - given his name. Showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. Checked both the handler and AC unit. Cleaned the coils and interior of the handler and brushed and hosed down the AC unit. Showed me all the readings on the units and made sure I understood everything he did. Highly recommend their annual service contract.
Tech was great. Didn't leave my house til 9 pm. Traveled from the west coast to my home to make sure i was serviced. Really glad he made it happen so I didn't have to take another day off of work
Gabriel was very pleasant and did a thorough maintenance on my A/C
