We have been using Bayonet for about 8 years now and are part of their MVP Program. Shane T. responded to a call for us regarding a leaking water heater under warranty. He was fantastic and was more than willing to share tips and knowledge about our system and the care of our future system too! Our experience has been that these guys are always friendly, professional and considerate of any concerns you might have. I highly recommend them and especially Shane T!

I was pleased with my entire experience. The young lady who answered the phone (I believe her name was Lisa?) was very helpful and explained everything in detail in a very professional and considerate manner.
The technician that came to my house was excellent. He knew right away what was wrong and fixed it. He also explained the maintenance I should be doing in detail to hopefully avoid this problem in the future. Also of note is that it was raining heavily and he still took care of the problem even having to go back and forth to the truck. He also was considerate enough to take his shoes off inside the home.. although I do think the cost was a bit high, these prices are already set AND it is the weekend so I'm sure rates are higher. The charge comment has nothing to do with the service which was excellent .
