Jose came out and service my residence as well as help me understand the problem and how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge and patience in the process was refreshing.
My A/C stopped working on Thursday after noticing it when I arrived home from work. I called Bayonet and a Tech(Jeremy) arrived late the same night to assessed the problem. Unfortunately, he could not fix the issue and had to order a part. He advised the Office would contact me on Friday. On Friday, I received a phone call that the part was available and someone would be out on Saturday. Joshua arrived at 9:30 am, introduced himself and proceeded to complete task at hand. I was advised every step of the way of his next steps. The job was completed 2 1/2 hours later. Two very good Technicians and they both deserve lunch. I absolutely loved the quick response from Bayonet.

(B)Willy was ahead of time and fixed my outside air conditioning unit within 20 minutes. He showed me the broken part and explained what happened in a very professional way. Very happy with the job he did and would highly recommend he come back whenever I have future problems.
