He got us up and running Friday evening then came back today to replace the thermostat.
Since 2015 when we bought this house(original owners), we've contracted with Bayonet & they've been our go-to HVAC/plumbing service. I think we've been visited by at least 10 different service techs across all sectors.
I'm reviewing not only Shane's visit but all the others who've we've had visit here at the property.
We've never experienced poor customer service poor maintenance nor any other negative experience whether it's a technician or office staff!
Shane arrived earlier than expected; courteous & friendly; easy to talk with about the situation.
I gave Shane the explanation for today's visit with an ensuing lengthy conversation. I'm not well versed in many aspects of home ownership, I usually YouTube something before engaging in a project and I know my limits.
Shane left me with the knowledge I needed to feel confident in his abilities and to make any further decisions for additional services by Bayonet.

Michael McAlpine, James Courtney, Carlos Cantero, Justin Wisniewski, Scott Ruchti, Vasilios Sozos, Tina Bromagen. The fellas that installed a new AC system (2022), fellas that installed a new water heater (2021) & all the others I don't have names for their services prior to 2021.
Courtesy, friendly interactions, good
communication, on time arrivals, tips and support by all techs has made 10 years of Bayonet professionals a successful experience.
He was wonderful very polite and understanding of the problem and fixed it plus gave me some good advice on how to keep things working right.
