Our builder just switched their AC Warranty Service to Bayonet. Bayonet was out here today for their initial assessment. We are glad they switched as their technician Jose Ramos and manager Paul Everett kept us abreast of their findings and next steps to resolve our home HVAC issues. Keeping our fingers crossed that they will get our home's cooling issues resolved.
