Just moved into a new home and had a drainage issue with a bathtub. Bayonet Plumbing was very responsive in getting someone out here to fix it. That someone, Jack Fitch, was awesome. Not only did he fix my drainage problem, he took extra time to explain Bayonet's warranty program in detail including how it's designed to help the homeowner long after the builder forgets about us. Jack also asked if we had any other plumbing issues and offered suggestions to get us thinking about what other issues we may have noticed. While we could think of none, I think it was very professional and demonstrated Jack's customer service attitude. Bayonet should value Jack as an awesome employee!

Excellent service! They replaced a plastic main water shut-off valve with a metal one. They have also done annual check ups on my whole house plumbing & AC/Heat. I've always gotten fast & professional work for over 2 years.

We had Bernard from Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning come out to our home to look at our HVAC unit. He was on time, friendly and provided great insight. He repaired the system and made sure our questions were answered. Bernard was very professional and we highly recommend him! Great company!
