Very thorough and profesional.
Travis Mclntyre from Bayonet plumbing, heating and air was on time and very professional. Before entering my home he covered his shoes which was very considerate. He was very nice and answered some questions that I had that wasn't relavent to the faucet issue. He was able to fix the problem in a timely fashion. I would say that I am very satisfied with the overall experience. I would highly recommend Mr. Mclntyre. Instead of lunch, maybe a raise for Mr. McIntyre.

Here's my review on Bayonet. Today, I was so impressed with Justin, Field Service Technician, Upon his arrival, he went to work immediately. He was professional, very knowledgeable and seemed honest and transparent. I had a week to wait for a scheduled HVAC service visit due to Bayonet's customer service call backlog. Next, I explained the steps, I took to unclog the condensation line. I did a bit of research for looking for a temporary or permanent work around for relieving my clogged condensation. During the entire week of needing help, our air conditioning unit remained online and worked normally, Besides the expected stress and anxiety of constantly thinking, what's next. We were never without air conditioning. However, my wife did "Yeoman" work managing the slight water leaks (with old towels) everyday, multiple times a day, sopping up the moisture around the HVAC furnace. I thought I had unblocked the line using our shop vac. My efforts were insufficient, (I did not let the shop vac vacuum the condensation line long enough) I got the gist of the process for the fix. So next time I will have some experience with the process. This was our second time hiring Bayonet's and getting their VIP Customer Service maintenance agreement. I will say, I had to reach out for their help and let just end this review right here.
Joshua was absolutely amazing. The needed repairs were not easy, but he kept at it until the part was in and the unit was charged and running smoothly! Bayonet…is there any way I can request him to be my tech from now on?
Vascillios Soros provided excellent service and recommendations for future improvements. We'd love to have him scheduled back to provide the next set of upgrades to our HVAC system. Thank you for your expertise and attention to detail.
AC tech is nice and efficient. Price is reasonable.
