These guys installed a system over a year ago with a one year warranty on labor. After a year of use we found out that the system had leaked all the Freon out and stopped working. And honestly it was a bummer. We called in and explained what had happened and this is where who you hire really matters.
Rather than hide behind the fact that it was after a year these guys put us a priority call and went out to get the system full of Freon and pressurized correctly. They stood behind there work and did the right thing and for that they earned a customer for life.
Professional and extremely kind. Respectful of JU home and took the time to give me needed information as a new home owner. The communication was excellent. What a pleasant experience
