Bryan Henry is the best. He is the only person I want servicing my ac unit. He is very thorough in explaining all the work he did and why. He answered all my questions and more. Bryan is a real valuable asset to your team and great at what he does. His skills are superior and second to none. Please give this man a raise!!

We put in a warranty request for our hot water heater that had stopped working. Bayonet had reached out quickly and sent Danny out to resolve the problem. He arrived on time, he was professional, and resolved the problem in no time. Nothing but good things to say about this company and the team that they have!!!
He came right in introduced himself explained what he was going to do and let us know our water would be off for a period of time. We were notified that tha water was off and when it was back on. Confirmed we have a presspressure problem
Our experience with Bayonet had been excellent! The crew of 4 arrived right on time, did an awesome job of installing our new hvac system, cleaned up great, very thorough and friendly & finished up in 9 hours.

Great customer service today with Jack Fitch. Fixed the concerns we had and addressed other issues he saw. Arrived with shoe covers on and I didn't have to ask him. He even helped me chase my Yorkie down the street! Five stars!
