Had AC service today, had a clogged line. Called BAYONET after 6 pm last night and they were able to give me an appt the following day. The tech, Zach, was amazing. He was so friendly and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend this company (and Zach).
James was absolutely amazing! He was professional, polite, and he loves dogs (a definite plus)! When I need a plumber again (hopefully it will be a while), I will call Bayonet and request James. Thank you so very much James, you are greatly appreciated!
Bayonet was quick to get here. James B. came and switched out the water heater system in about 2 hours. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that the job involved.
His work was neat and clean. I would give him 6 stars if I could. I will call Bayonet for all my future needs. Thank you.
An excellent customer experience. Quick delivery and installation. Both technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They explained the process, did their own clean up and were super nice. They both deserve a free lunch from Bayonette. Their quality of service deserves recognition.
My experiences with Bayonet Plumbing & AC have always been excellent. I recently had the me out to replace two kitchen sink water cut off valves. The company communicated before and after. Their tech was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a very timely manner. Any mess created was cleaned up and the left better than when he arrived. He even provided me with some insights on other plumbing jobs I have going on.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of our technician Russell Robinson! He was able to quickly diagnose the issues we were having. I also liked receiving a confirmation text with his picture. I would highly recommend using this company.
Bayonet Plumbing has been courteous and patient and kind. Their technician Gerald explained everything to me in layman's term.
Ryan Miller came today for a regular service visit and found water around the unit. He found the problem and took care of everything in a professional manner. He is very knowlegeable and good at his job. After completing the job, he signed us up for another year in the MVP program. Very Satisfied with his visit.
Scott Elsenheimer was excellent. He found a part in our outside unit that was at the end of life and replaced it and had everything working and all is now in good condition. Very happy with Scott and the service Bayonette offers.
