He went above and beyond to ensure he checked everything possible to ensure we had confidence in our plumbing. He kept us informed every step of the process and answered any questions we had with utmost courtesy and respect, while being bluntly honest. An excellent customer experience. Quick delivery and installation. Both technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They explained the process, did their own clean up and were super nice. They both deserve a free lunch from Bayonette. Their quality of service deserves recognition.
My experiences with Bayonet Plumbing & AC have always been excellent. I recently had the me out to replace two kitchen sink water cut off valves. The company communicated before and after. Their tech was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a very timely manner. Any mess created was cleaned up and the left better than when he arrived. He even provided me with some insights on other plumbing jobs I have going on.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of our technician Russell Robinson! He was able to quickly diagnose the issues we were having. I also liked receiving a confirmation text with his picture. I would highly recommend using this company.
